"If you show interest they [FITEC] will help you they spend a lot on training," says Andy Williams. "I don't think there are too many industries like that". The training focus in his chosen industry has seen him go a long way. He started on the ground floor with a cadetship, worked in a mill (Carter Holt Harvey, Whakatane) - and now works in everything from networking to E-commerce.
